Expressive Somatic Women's Circle

Welcome to our Expressive Somatic Women's Circle!

In this somatic women's circle, we will meet virtually every other week to embody somatic practices for stress management and emotional release and we will move through journaling, guided meditation and visualization, and opt-in group sharing.

This women's circle for adults (18+) is a space to navigate personal development and healing in a safe, communal environment. You will learn to nurture yourself in your environment from the convenience and comfort of your home.
*A 3-month commitment is required to maintain the integrity and sacred nature of the group environment.


Tuesdays, 6-7pm via Zoom - (New session begins Tuesday, August 8th!)
$15 per group session, $30/month

How it Works

During our time together, we will explore various topics related to personal growth including mindfulness, self-care, body awareness, grounding, and nervous system regulation. There will be opportunities for women to share their experiences and stories in a safe and supportive environment if they feel called to it.

As a somatic movement therapist and educator, I will guide the group through various exercises, discussions, and practices to help us connect with our bodies and emotions, and navigate the complexities of the mind-body connection.
 

By joining our women's group, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Gain insights and skills to help you navigate life's challenges and pursue your goals and dreams

  • Receive emotional support and encouragement from a supportive community of women

I am committed to creating a safe and inclusive space for all women, regardless of age, race, ethnicity, sexuality, or gender identity. To maintain the safety and connection of the group, this virtual circle is a place for women to come together, engage in somatic and mindfulness practices, share their experiences, and support one another in their personal growth and development.
