Group Workshops

Annika works with groups to navigate sustainability, resilience, ease, and transformation. Through somatic practices, mindfulness and meditation, movement, writing, art-making, and reflection, Annika creates a sacred space for groups to create, explore, and dive into what is present. She nurtures, supports, holds, and empowers groups to attune and build with intention while in the safety of a sacred space.

Annika is a public speaker, group facilitator, and advocate for mental health and holistic wellness. Corporate workshops, community wellness, and professional development workshops are available through Annika. Inquire within!

What to Expect from an Individual Session

Our time together explores the question: “What lives in me?”

We will use creativity and imagination with an open and flexible creative process using the arts.

When working with me, you’ll experience a somatic-based expressive arts process that will allow you to experience your body in a new or different way and orient yourself with what is surfacing for you. This process of “tuning in” is the basis for the rest of the work we’ll do in a session.

We’ll work with the wholeness of your being, which means that we’ll take into consideration your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual state inside of a session. This process of witnessing ourselves is helpful when building a sense of support for ourselves.

Everyone is in a different place on their soul’s journey.

My goal is to meet you on your journey and explore what is emerging presently through the process of holding space.

My desire is to provide those I work with a sense of “I’m not doing this alone.”

The explorative arts process we do together is about your evolution, development, and transformation. It’s a process of perspective, locating, and naming. It is a process of orienting yourself with what is.

To be seen, validated, and supported is the nourishment we ultimately need.
